About Me

Mrs. Fehrman: Hi ! I am Tamara Fehrman and I teach second grade this year at Carpenter Elementary School. I have been teaching for 20 years. I attended St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana where I majored in Elementary Education and have minor degrees in both Psychology and Early Childhood Education. After college, I received my Masters Degree in reading instruction. I was a Reading Specialist here at Carpenter for nine years. I am now back in the classroom and am loving to see the joys of reading unfold before me !
